冷链物流网获悉，备受关注的中国—印度尼西亚经贸创新发展示范园区食品产业园（一期）项目正在以高标准、严要求和国际化的视野快速推进。
作为中印尼“两国双园”旗舰项目，中国—印度尼西亚经贸创新发展示范园区食品产业园（一期）项目总投资56.5亿元，总用地面积1700.68亩，总建筑面积123.45万平方米，拟建设工业标准化厂房、食品电商中心、冷库、办公楼，以及医院、学校、园区道路等配套设施。
中印尼“两国双园”旗舰项目食品产业园
福清元洪医院是食品产业园（一期）项目的先行启动项目。目前，项目已完成地下室主体施工，正在进行上部结构施工。项目负责人林雄介绍，高峰期投入施工人员200余人，各类大型机械设备10多台，助力建设跑出“加速度”。项目预计2025年12月交付使用。
据悉，食品产业园（一期）项目将重点培育特色绿色食品产业园区，提升园区的载体功能。同时，引进国内外龙头企业，为上下游相关产业提供平台，拉动产业集群发展。
