公募 REIT 方面，普洛斯 REIT 在 2024 年一季度实现总收入约 11943.47 万元，基金合并 EBITDA 约 7819.87 万元，报告期内实现可供分配金额约 8884.01 万元。上市以来，普洛斯 REIT 已完成 7 次分红，累计分配金额达到约 7.67 亿元，分红比例约占上市以来可供分配金额的 100%。
