《实施意见》强调，要健全县乡村三级冷链物流配送体系，推进农村客货邮融合发展，加快农村寄递物流体系建设。
湘西州邮政管理局表示，下一步，将认真落实《实施意见》要求，加快推进农产品冷链快递物流基础设施建设，积极推广花垣客货邮融合发展试点模式，促进乡村振兴和城乡一体化发展，更好满足农村群众的寄递需求。
