近日，宁德市霞浦县公开《海产品精深加工产业园区项目可行性研究报告的请示》，拟投资 11.9 亿元，在溪南镇建设霞浦县海产品精深加工产业园区。
文件显示，该项目建设单位为霞浦县溪南半岛建设开发有限公司。项目主要内容包括建设用地面积 300 亩的霞浦县海产品精深加工产业园区及园区衔接配套道路两部分。
其中霞浦县海产品精深加工产业园区建设工程包括加工厂房，物流配送中心，综合办公楼，宿舍楼，停车场管理用房，污水处理厂及地下室等等。园区衔接配套道路建设工程总用地面积约 10.56 亩，建设长 540 米，宽 12 米的园区衔接道路及其配套工程。
