4月26日，广西桂林市临桂区举行农村寄递物流线路开通仪式，宣布临桂区供邮合作的农村寄递物流正式开通。
据介绍，临桂区农村寄递物流线路由临桂区供销社与中国邮政临桂区分公司共同合作，在2022年11月初开始试运行。每条寄递物流线路由临桂区供销社提供1台运营货车，2024年1月至3月进出村邮件总量约16000件，四条线路正平稳有序运营。为农产品销售、生活品购进搭建便利平台，构建“一站式”综合服务，实现各类农村物资“最后一公里”和“最初一公里”的有序集散和高效配送。
临桂区供邮寄递物流配送中心位于临桂区秧塘工业区，占地面积2600平方米，已引进中通、极兔、丰网三家民营快递公司进驻，目前已开通4条农村寄递物流线路，覆盖 11个乡镇近1000多公里，进出村邮件量约每天800件。完成11个乡镇综合服务站和141个村级服务站点建设，实现快递“村村通”。
