冷链物流网4 月 23 日获悉，由山西汾飞发展集团有限公司投资建设的山西转型综改示范区综保产业冷链加工项目，目前 18 栋建筑中仅剩 1 栋冷库处于地基基础施工中，其余 17 栋建筑全部封顶，部分已进入安装施工阶段，计划 10 月 30 日建成投产运行。
据冷链物流网了解到，山西综保产业冷链加工项目总用地面积 139.38 亩，共 18 栋建筑，规划总建筑面积约 27.48 万㎡，项目总投资 16.76 亿元，预计 2024 年 10 月 30 日建成投产运行。该项目着力打造高标准 ” 智慧冷库 “，建成后不仅能满足省城企业的冷链物流需求，还能辐射全省，为周边地区冷链物流产业提供配套服务。未来，还将以山西转型综改示范区为中心，发展国际中转、国际物流业务，为我省发展临空经济、壮大航空产业提供支撑。
