据悉，该项目是美库集团在北京投资兴建的首个高标准中央厨房项目，占地面积 51.5 亩，建筑面积 1.9 万平方米，投资逾 2.4 亿元，是集食材处理加工、预制菜生产、食品低温存储及冷链配送为一体，兼具高效生产及节能环保要求的现代化食品产业园区。
项目由美库专业团队为达美乐中国提供定制化方案，涵盖了规划、设计、制冷、工程、ESG 等多方面的服务，项目定制面积近万平米，具有食品生产加工、多温区存储和城市及区域配送等三大功能。正式运营后，该项目将为其在华北区域的门店提供多样化、高品质食品和全渠道的供应链服务，是达美乐中国在华北区快速扩张和稳定服务的强力支撑。
