4 月 16 日，湖北交投建设集团耀栋公司成功中标开封市羊尾铺冷链物流园基础设施建设项目，中标金额约 25000 万元。该项目是耀栋公司在河南省承揽的首个房建项目。
项据悉，该项目位于河南省开封市，主要建设内容包括冷库建筑面积 5430.90㎡，仓库建筑面积 17920.00㎡，分拣中心建筑面积 2713.07㎡，交易展示及电商中心建筑面积 6643.00㎡，机动车停车位 70 个，并配建厂区道路硬化、绿化、停车场、大门围墙以及室内外配套工程等。
