根据国家市场监管总局等八部门发布的《关于实施企业标准“领跑者”制度的意见》及国家市场监管总局发布的《2022年度实施企业标准“领跑者”重点领域》的相关要求，中国物流与采购联合会冷链物流专业委员会在2023年继续开展了“领跑者”企业标准的新评和复审工作。
通过“领跑者”企业标准的引领，深化标准化工作改革，推动经济新旧动能转换及供给侧结构性改革，培育一批具有创新能力的排头兵企业。
近期，有17个食品冷链物流企业标准获2023年企业标准“领跑者”称号。表1为上一年度7家企业复核后再次获评；表2为10家企业首次获评“领跑者”。
